No Refund Policy

At Fleek Beauty Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education, training resources, digital content, and student support. By enrolling in any of our courses, workshops, mentoring programs, or purchasing student kits, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy.

Course Enrolments

All course purchases, deposits, enrolment fees, and tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the nature of our training programs, course materials, resources, intellectual property, and student support being made available upon enrolment, we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind.
• Change in personal circumstances.
• Failure to complete the course.
• Failure to attend scheduled training sessions.
• Lack of time or commitment.
• Dissatisfaction due to reasons outside of Fleek Beauty Academy's control.

Online Courses

Due to immediate access being granted to digital content, downloadable resources, templates, training materials, and course information, all online course purchases are strictly non-refundable.

In-Person Training

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your training date.

Full payment for all in-person training courses must be received no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled training date. Failure to make full payment by this time may result in the training date being cancelled or released, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

All deposits, booking fees, and course payments made towards in-person training are non-refundable.

Should you be unable to attend your scheduled training date, a minimum of 14 days' notice is required to request a transfer to another available training date. Transfer requests made with less than 14 days' notice may incur a rescheduling fee and are subject to approval at Fleek Beauty Academy's discretion.

Student Kits

Student kits are non-refundable once dispatched.

We do not offer refunds for delayed shipping, incorrect purchases, change of mind, or failure to use the products provided.

If a student kit arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with supporting photographs so we can assess the issue and assist where appropriate.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, Fleek Beauty Academy may, at its sole discretion, review requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund, credit, or transfer is not guaranteed.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude or replace any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is deemed to have a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any Fleek Beauty Academy course, training program, or product purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
