Student Kit Shipping Policy

Large item shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and size of the student kit or products purchased. Shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed at checkout. Please refer to individual product descriptions for estimated item weights and shipping information.

At this time, Fleek Beauty Academy currently ships Australia-wide only via Australia Post.

Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact details are entered correctly to avoid delays in receiving tracking updates.

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for Express Shipping and 5–8 business days for Standard Shipping. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delivery schedules.

Fleek Beauty Academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged parcels once they have been lodged with Australia Post. Once tracking confirms a parcel has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Any delivery issues, missing parcels, or damaged items must be addressed directly with Australia Post.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details and addresses are entered correctly at checkout. Fleek Beauty Academy is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can assist where possible.
