When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Fleek Beauty Academy reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Fleek Beauty Academy confirms acceptance. If you have purchased a service or product, our Booking Terms and Conditions will apply.

We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Fleek Beauty Academy may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy at www.fleekbeautyacademy.com.au

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for Fleek Beauty Academy located at 39 Beeson Street Cardiff South, NSW, 2285, herein known and referenced as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” and “Us.”

NOTICE: These Booking Terms and Conditions are legally binding. It is Your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to purchase, use, or access of any of our products, including online courses.

By enrolling in any online or in-person training course offered by Fleek Beauty Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions are also governed by our Website Terms and Conditions available at www.fleekbeautyacademy.com.au. To the extent of any inconsistencies, these terms will prevail.

BOOKING & ENROLMENT

A booking is only confirmed once:

The enrolment form has been completed
The required deposit has been paid
Confirmation has been received from Fleek Beauty Academy.

All students must be at least 16 years of age. Students under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian consent. Fleek Beauty Academy reserves the right to refuse enrolment where deemed necessary.

Payment Terms – In-Person Training

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training date. Training dates will not be held without a deposit.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled training date. Failure to make final payment may result in cancellation or postponement of your training date.

Payment Plans

Approved payment plans must be maintained according to the agreed schedule. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment.

Afterpay

Afterpay is available for eligible students. All transactions completed through Afterpay are subject to Afterpay's own Terms & Conditions.

Paypal

PayPal is available for eligible students. All transactions completed through PayPal are subject to PayPal's own Terms & Conditions.

Zippay

Zippay is available for eligible students. All transactions completed through Zippay are subject to Zippay's own Terms & Conditions.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.

More Than 7 Days Notice

Students may request to reschedule their training by providing written notice. One complimentary reschedule may be provided at the trainer's discretion and is subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within seven (7) days of the scheduled training date may incur are scheduling fee of up to $250.

Less Than 48 Hours Notice

Requests made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled training date may result in forfeiture of the training and any monies paid. Exceptions may be considered in genuine emergencies at the trainer's discretion.

Trainer Illness, Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances

While every effort is made to deliver training as scheduled, Fleek Beauty Academy reserves the right to reschedule training due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Illness or injury of the trainer
Family emergencies
Severe weather events
Natural disasters
Venue issues
Government restrictions
Public health concerns
Circumstances affecting the safety of students or the trainer

Where training is postponed:

Students will be offered an alternative training date.
Deposits and payments will be transferred to the new date.
Every effort will be made to provide as much notice as possible.

Fleek Beauty Academy is not responsible for travel costs, accommodation expenses, childcare expenses, loss of income, or any other costs incurred as a result of a training date being rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to training may be eligible for a refund excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of training are non-refundable.
Student kit costs form part of the course investment and are non-refundable once allocated, ordered, prepared, or provided.

Fleek Beauty Academy Cancellation

If Fleek Beauty Academy is required to cancel training due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered an alternative training date. Where a suitable date cannot be arranged, a refund may be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Attendance & Punctuality

Students are expected to:

Arrive on time
Attend the full duration of training; and
Participate respectfully and professionally.

Excessive lateness may impact course completion and certification. Failure to attend a scheduled training session without notice may result in forfeiture of the training and any money paid.

Student Conduct

Fleek Beauty Academy reserves the right to remove a student from training without refund if they:

Display abusive, threatening, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour.
Attend training under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Create an unsafe learning environment.
Disrupt the learning experience of others.
Fail to follow trainer instructions regarding health and safety procedures.

Models for Practical Training

Where practical training requires a model:

Students may be required to provide their own model unless otherwise advised.
Models must be suitable for treatment.
Fleek Beauty Academy reserves the right to refuse treatment on any model where contraindications are present.
Fleek Beauty Academy is not responsible for model cancellations or no-shows.

Certification

Certificates of Completion will be issued once:

All course requirements have been completed;
All assessments have been submitted and marked;
Practical assessments have been completed successfully (where applicable); and .
All course fees have been paid in full.

Fleek Beauty Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where competency requirements have not been met.

Student Kits – In-Person Training

All in-person training courses include a student kit where stated within the course inclusions.

Student Kit Collection

Student kits are provided on Day 1 of training.
Student kits are included in the course investment where advertised.
Student kits are provided to support practical learning and training.

Ownership

Fleek Beauty Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after collection. If the student kit is lost, stolen or damaged after collection, the onus is on the student to replace the required material.

Non-Attendance

Students who fail to attend training without approved rescheduling may forfeit their student kit. Any request for kit shipping following non-attendance is at the discretion of Fleek Beauty Academy and may incur additional shipping fees.

Fleek Beauty Academy reserves the right to substitute products with equivalent items of equal or greater value where necessary.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Students are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and ensuring products are suitable for their personal use. Fleek Beauty Academy is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products contained within student kits.

Intellectual Property and Confidential Information

All course materials, manuals, videos, downloads, assessments, templates, and resources remain the intellectual property of Fleek Beauty Academy.

Students must not:

Copy or reproduce course content; .
Share login details;.
Record training sessions without permission;.
Distribute course materials;.
Resell course materials; or.
Teach Fleek Beauty Academy content as their own.

All information provided to you is confidential and must not disclosed without our written consent.

Student Responsibility

Completion of training does not guarantee:

Business success.
Client bookings.
Employment opportunities.
Income generation.

Students are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance, complying with local regulations, and maintaining professional standards.

Health, Safety & Allergic Reactions

Students acknowledge that beauty treatments carry inherent risks, including allergic reactions, irritation, sensitivity, contraindications, and adverse reactions to products. Students are responsible for conducting consultations, patch testing where required, and obtaining informed client consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleek Beauty Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including:

Loss of income.
Loss of profits.
Loss of business opportunities.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Misuse of products, equipment, techniques, or information provided during training.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability Fleek Beauty Academy has to you is limited in the aggregate to the total fees payable for the training course (whether online or in person). To the extent we are not permitted by law to limit our liability as per the above, any liability we have to you, to the maximum extent permitted by law is limited to re-supplying the training course at our cost.

This clause survives termination.

Photography & Marketing

Photographs and videos may be taken during training for educational and marketing purposes. Students who do not wish to appear in marketing materials must notify Fleek Beauty Academy in writing before their training date.

Ongoing Support
